Items purchased from one of our stores can be returned/exchanged by visiting any branch of the same brand.
Important Information:
- The applicable return period for your purchase is mentioned on your receipt.
- Please bring your original receipt when requesting a return.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all original tags attached.
- Returned items must meet the applicable return conditions.
- Refunds for card payments will be processed back to the same card used for the purchase.
- Card refunds may take 7 to 14 working days to reflect, depending on the bank processing time.
